Get Funky Brings House To Salt Lake With 2024 Lineup

While Salt Lake City may not be the first place that comes to mind when it comes to house music, V2 Presents will give Utah ravers another chance to break out their shuffle shoes when Get Funky returns to The Great Saltair this summer.

The two-day festival will head back to Salt Lake’s over 100-year-old entertainment complex and recent dance music hotspot on June 21 and 22, 2024, with a collection of leading house DJs and newcomers alike.

Get Funky 2024 will feature a headline set from the eight-time Grammy-nominated Kaskade on Friday, June 21. Another headline performance will come from Tchami B2B Malaa on Saturday, June 22, as the fan-favorite bass house artists mount a full comeback for their No Redemption project.

Wax Motif’s set on Friday will feature even more banging bass house tunes. Support performances on day one will come from deep house standout Kyle Watson and rising selectors XIE and Dave Summer.

Chris Lorenzo will add a techy twist to Saturday’s bill, which will also feature Wuki’s beloved bootlegs and edits, singer-songwriter-producer Anabel Englund’s dreamy tracks, and additional bass house cuts from Gudfella.

This year will mark the fourth straight year of Get Funky in Salt Lake City. Widely regarded as the leading dance promoter in Utah, V2 Presents is well known for bringing talented artists to local venues like Sky and Soundwell, in addition to their seasonal festivals, Das Energi, Get Freaky and Get Lucky.
