Two Friends Drop Saucy Breakup Anthem ‘Wrong Way’ with Alexander Stewart

Two Friends and singer Alexander Stewart team up for ‘Wrong Way,’ a track that’s as catchy as it is cathartic. It’s the fun-spirited break up anthem that you didn’t know you needed for the summer.

Stewart’s smooth vocals draw you in from the beginning, weaving a tale of a relationship gone wrong. Then, the beat drops – a powerhouse explosion of sound complete with a funky horn section. This is where the twist comes in: Stewart declares, “I finally wrote you a song, I hope you take it the wrong way.” This ain’t your typical heartbreak anthem. “Wrong Way” flips the script, offering a sassy and playful send-off to a past love. The accompanying visualizer features electrifying clips from Two Friends’ sold-out Red Rocks show, where Stewart surprised the crowd with a live performance of the song for the very first time.

‘Wrong Way’ marks Two Friends’ hottest collab yet in 2024. Earlier this year, they teamed up with Arizona Zervas on the infectious ‘Hiding'(April) and joined forces with Cheat Codes for the high-energy dance-pop anthem ‘The Way It Is’ (February), which has racked up millions of streams. This track builds on their impressive streak, following last year’s smash hit ‘If Only I,’ a collaboration with diamond-selling dance duo Loud Luxury and chart-topping pop star Bebe Rexha.
