SLANDER, Nikademis & Poo Bear Share Melodic Bass Single, “If Tomorrow Never Happens”

SLANDER has teamed up with Grammy-winning songwriter Poo Bear and rising producer Nikademis to share their new single, “If Tomorrow Never Happens.”

Released on SLANDER’s own Heaven Sent label last week, the track pairs SLANDER and Nikademis’ fan-favorite melodic bass anthemics with emotional vocals and production contributions from songwriting legend Poo Bear, known for his behind-the-scenes work with Justin Bieber and Usher in addition to “Would You Ever” with Skrillex.

Building in tempo as Poo Bear’s vocal performance reaches its crescendo ahead of a jubilant rock-meets-future-bass drop, “If Tomorrow Never Happens” blends the three songwriters’ popular and markedly emotional musical styles and is sure to be a must-see for the remainder of the summer festival season.

“I sent SLANDER a DM one evening in hopes of being able to create a song with them that could take over the world,” Poo Bear said in a press release. “I wrote this song with intent of creating an anthem for party and festivalgoers to be able to celebrate like tomorrow isn’t gonna happen!!! We never know when our time is up in life, and for this reason, we have to live like tomorrow might not happen.”

“‘If Tomorrow Never Happens’ is one of the most meaningful songs I’ve had the opportunity to work on,” added Nikademis. “It’s an emotional journey that is so well conveyed by Poo Bear’s passionate and moving performance on this track. For me, it’s a reminder to try to live life every day to the fullest and always be present in the moment with our loved ones.”

“If Tomorrow Never Happens” follows SLANDER’s April-released collaboration with William Black, “Keep U Warm.” Nikademis dropped off his last release, “Numb” with LEUTHERO and skye silansky, in May.

Through the remainder of the summer, SLANDER is slated for major festival appearances at Veld, Elements, and North Coast Music Festival ahead of a headline return to Red Rocks and EDC Orlando this fall.
