New Cardio Music Series
Cardio Hits 2023 Playlist by RIKIO ROCKS on Spotify
Staying active and motivated are core elements of good health ! I'm currently releasing my new cardio fitness music continously for the next several months through a cardio music series on my Spotify playlist, "Cardio Hits 2023".
The music is created to motivate and inspire high intesity cardio workouts for running and other energetic interval workouts. The progressive house music in the Spotify playlist was created to encourage cardio fitness efforts with uplifting and inspiring melodies and rhythms to help finish the session feeling great. I will be releasing Tropical EDM and Trap music later this year that' will have you feeling good while walking and other slower paced cardio workouts.
I hope you enjoy your fitness journey listening to the motivating melodies and driving percussion in this first collection of forward moving vibes of music energy. Never Give Up, Against the Odds, Bright Horizon, Mind Over Matter, No Stopping, Game On, are examples of songs that will keep you going and feeling good. You can hear all of the songs in the Cardio Music Series by RIKIO ROCKS on all music platforms and can follow a playlist on Spotify that gets updated with each new release.
