Insomniac Shares Lineup For Day Trip Festival 2024

Insomniac’s Day Trip Festival has just revealed its 2024 lineup. 

The two-day house and techno event will return to Long Beach, California, for a third year on June 22 and 23, 2024, with over 40 selectors in house, disco, and techno slated to perform along the banks of the city’s Queen Mary Waterfront.

Promising “fresh ocean air and sun-soaked vibes,” Day Trip will feature two main stages—the Deep End and High Tide—plus the festival’s fan-favorite Shoreline side stage, designated for up-and-coming talent.

Legendary veterans like Kaskade and MK B2B Green Velvet will lead the charge on Day Trip’s High Tide mainstage. High-energy house favorites like Cloonee and Mau P will also join the mix—but not before iconic groovers Sonny Fodera and Armand Van Helden deliver blissful sunset performances.

Additional standouts performing on High Tide across both festival days include Latin house favorite HUGEL, esteemed UK selector Hannah Wants, disco duo LF System, Max Styler, Solardo B2B Joshwa, and more.

Meanwhile, Day Trip’s Deep End stage will showcase a selection of minimal and techno talent for the first time in the festival’s history, led by performances from Nicole Moudaber B2B Paco Osuna, Patrick Topping, Boys Noize, and Loco Dice.

Other scene heroes and rising underground talents slated to play on the Deep End stage include Seth Troxler, Space 92, Sosa, Ms. Mada, ChaseWest and Ben Sterling, plus sunset performances from Lilly Palmer and Dennis Ferrer B2B HoneyLuv.

In February, Day Trip outlined several improvements for the 2024 festival, including 25 percent more bathrooms, improved crowd control, additional shade structures, “leveled-up stage designs,” and more.

As seen in 2023, Day Trip’s late-night counterpart, Night Trip, will host official festival afterparties on board the Queen Mary itself. Two stages will take over the retired ocean liner’s ballrooms.
