The latest update to zplane’s pitch-shifting plug-in introduces a new interface, multichannel support, and several workflow improvements.

Berlin-based audio software developer zplane is celebrating its 25th anniversary with the release of ELASTIQUE PITCH Version 2.5, an update to its real-time pitch-shifting plug-in. The new version introduces several enhancements focused on usability, interface design, and expanded support for multichannel audio setups.

The update is available now and is free for all existing Version 2 users. New customers can purchase it at a 45% discount until 12 December 2025, with the price reduction applied automatically at checkout.

ELASTIQUE PITCH V2.5 features a redesigned and resizable graphical user interface, offering improved visibility and control for users working in modern production environments. The update doubles its multichannel capabilities, with support expanded to 16 channels - making it compatible with formats such as 7.1.2, 7.1.4, 9.1.4, and 9.2.4 configurations.

Additional changes include switchable MIDI pitch control with real-time activity and pitch bend indication, improved preset handling, and enhanced automation options. Workflow updates also include improved sync delay, a new delay on/off toggle, and broader usability enhancements across the user experience.

The plug-in continues to use zplane’s proprietary ELASTIQUE PRO algorithm, widely recognised for its time-stretching and pitch-shifting precision.
